📣 Attention Vendors: Omaha Tribal Hedawachi 2025 Fee Update 📣

We’d like to inform the community of an important update regarding vendor fees for this year’s Omaha Tribal Hedawachi Celebration.

🔹 Craft Vendors – $450 for the weekend (10×10 space)
🔹 Food Vendors – $600 for the weekend (10×10 space)
🔸 A Safe Food Handler Certificate is required for all food vendors
🔸 The vendor application process will remain similar to last year

This price helps us cover necessary expenses such as:
✅ Grease trap services for food vendors
✅ Garbage collection and disposal
✅ On-site restroom facilities
✅ Other costs associated with hosting a safe and successful powwow

Additionally, all proceeds go directly toward improving the powwow grounds for the benefit of our tribal members and guests. Updates were made last year, and more improvements are planned to continue enhancing the experience for everyone.
