Our Services
Enhance Community Preparedness
Conduct public outreach, training, and education to increase awareness and readiness for all types of emergencies.
Strengthen Emergency Response Capabilities
Improve coordination among first responders, tribal departments, and regional partners through regular training and joint exercises.
Update and Maintain Emergency Plans
Regularly review and revise the Emergency Operations Plan (EOP), Hazard Mitigation Plan, and Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) to reflect current risks and resources.
Improve Early Warning Systems
Upgrade and maintain tornado sirens, communication systems, and alert protocols to ensure timely warnings and public notifications.

Build Disaster Recovery Capacity
Develop procedures for faster recovery efforts, including shelter operations, utility restoration, and support services for affected community members.
Secure Sustainable Funding
Pursue grants (like BRIC, FEMA, DHS) to support infrastructure upgrades, hazard mitigation projects, and equipment needs.
Enhance Interagency Collaboration
Strengthen partnerships with local, state, federal, and tribal organizations for resource sharing and coordinated emergency responses.
Develop and Train Volunteer Resources
Establish and train a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) or similar volunteer corps to assist during emergencies.
Conduct Regular Drills and Exercises
Schedule tabletop and full-scale exercises to test emergency plans and identify areas for improvement.
