OUR PURPOSEOur Mission
The Omaha Nation Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) provides USDA Foods to income-eligible households residing within the boundaries of the Omaha Indian Reservation. Counties included are Burt, Cuming, Knox, and Thurston in Nebraska, and Monona County to service Onawa, Iowa. We promote healthy eating, therefore, ensuring individuals and families have access to nutritious foods. Our grocery store concept allows individuals and families to shop freely, dignified and confident in their healthy food choices.
