The finance department utilizes Microix and MIP systems to streamline and manage key financial functions. These systems work in tandem, ensuring efficient tracking of timekeeping, payroll, and check processes. The department adheres to a set of in-house policies to maintain consistency, compliance, and efficiency. Additionally, all financial operations involving federally and state-recognized funds are in full compliance with OMB (Office of Management and Budget) guidelines, ensuring proper use, reporting, and oversight of government funds.
