Today, we proudly celebrate the crowning of our 2026 Miss Hede’ Wachi Princess, Kandyce Saunsoci!

Kandyce has demonstrated the qualities of a true role model through her respect, kindness, humility, and dedication to our people and traditions. She is well deserving of this year’s crown, and we are honored to have her represent the Hede’ Wachi throughout the coming year.

As she begins this journey, we know she will carry herself with grace while helping to preserve and promote the culture, values, and spirit of the Omaha Tribe. We look forward to watching her inspire our younger generations and proudly represent our community wherever she goes.
