🌟 Omaha Tribe Summer Youth Internship Program 2026 🌟
The Omaha Tribe Summer Youth Internship Program is officially underway! Each summer, students have the opportunity to participate in a two-week internship within various programs throughout the Omaha Tribal Administration.
During their internship, youth gain valuable hands-on experience, develop workplace skills, and learn about the important services our tribal departments provide to the community. This program is designed to encourage personal growth, career exploration, and leadership while preparing our future workforce.
Students are selected based on their dedication throughout the school year, including academic performance, attendance, and other positive achievements. Their commitment and hard work have earned them this opportunity, and we are proud to recognize their efforts.
To celebrate the completion of their internship experience, students participate in an incentive day on the second Friday of their session. This group enjoyed an exciting trip to the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo, followed by lunch at Spaghetti Works, creating lasting memories together.
