OUR PURPOSEOur Mission
Provide access to quality roads for all Omaha Tribal Members to travel safely, take of any problem or issues with the roads and address quickly as we can capable of providing services.
Each season of the year presents different situations with the roads and the Roads Dept will step up to address in a timely manner.
Manage all the roads, paved, gravel & dirt as supported by the funds provided by the BIA.
Our Services
The Roads Department follow the hiring practices of the Omaha Tribe, with the best qualified individuals applying and selected as needed. Any accident or workers injuries, we follow the Tribe’s policy procedures as outlined in the handbook.
We also follow the BIA procedures and practices pertaining to the roads issues.
The Roads Department has provided services for the Omaha Tribe for decades and we will continue to support the Tribal leadership & members with the best roads services available.
