The Omaha Tribe requires, promotes, and advocates good land stewardship in all land uses of all tribal lands.
Our Services
The goal of the Omaha Tribe Realty department is to create a culture of good land stewardship that will benefit the vast resources on the Omaha reservation. That culture will be created by continuous monitoring, collaboration, and transparency of activities that benefit the Omaha people.
Land management through compliance monitoring, land leases for residential, agricultural, and business purposes, and land acquisition and consolidation.

Currently, the Omaha Tribe is obligated to the regulations within 25CFR162. The Omaha Tribe Realty department expresses as much tribal code law and constitutional law in every venture and activity.
