Offering a central point of contact for tribal members and staff to receive assistance with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Implementing and managing robust security measures to safeguard sensitive tribal data against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Deploying, managing, and supporting modern software solutions designed to streamline administrative workflows, enhance communication, and bolster tribal programs and services.
Offering educational programs and workshops to improve digital literacy and enable tribal members to utilize technology resources effectively.
Developing, maintaining, and supporting digital platforms and initiatives dedicated to the documentation, archiving, and sharing of the tribe’s language and cultural heritage.
