- Enforcement of Indian Preference: Ensures employers on the reservation prioritize qualified Omaha tribal members and other Native Americans for employment, training, contracting, and business opportunities.
- Job & Training Opportunities: Creates and facilitates access to employment and vocational training for tribal members.
- Business Development: Certifies Native-owned businesses and maintains a registry of skilled workers and subcontractors.
- Compliance Monitoring: Oversees adherence to the TERO ordinance by companies operating within tribal lands.
- Economic Empowerment: Works to combat unemployment and underemployment by creating economic pathways for Native people.
