🔨 REQUEST FOR BIDS: CABIN COMPLETION PROJECT

The Omaha Tribal Housing Authority (OTHA) is seeking written bids from qualified contractors to complete three existing cabin shells located on the Omaha Indian Reservation.

The selected contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision needed to create three fully livable, move-in-ready, one-bedroom homes. The project must be completed by December 31, 2026.

Indian Preference will apply in accordance with OTHA requirements. The selected contractor must also comply with all TERO requirements and applicable tribal laws and regulations.

Late bids may not be considered. OTHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
