Request Maintenance / Submit a Work Order

OTHA residents may submit a maintenance request online, by email, by phone, or in person at the OTHA office.

Emergency Maintenance

IMPORTANT: Do not rely on an online or emailed work order for an emergency. Emergency examples include water breaks, furnace problems, gas leaks, drains backing up, electrical problems, and clogged toilets if it’s the only toilet in the home.
CALL FOR EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: (402) 922-1870

How to Submit a Work Order

Online: Complete the website work-order form and select Submit.
Email / Fillable PDF: Complete the OTHA Resident Maintenance Work Order Request and email it to lena.spears@othauthority.com.

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages.
