📢 Attention Tribal Members on Medicare in Thurston County!
If you currently have an AARP UnitedHealthcare Medicare plan, please be aware of an important change that could affect your healthcare coverage in 2027.
⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Affected AARP UnitedHealthcare Medicare plans (not Medicaid) will terminate in Thurston County on December 31, 2026. Notification letters have been mailed.
- You MUST select a new Medicare plan for 2027 by December 7, 2026. Some exceptions may apply.
- Only a limited number of $0-premium Medicare plans are available in Thurston County that coordinate with Carl T. Curtis Health Education Center services.
