The Omaha Tribal Housing Authority (OTHA) is seeking a reliable and experienced Finance Manager to lead its accounting operations and help ensure the organization’s financial systems remain accurate, organized, and accountable.
Position: Finance Manager
Job Type: Full-Time — 40 hours per week
Pay: Negotiable / Competitive wages based on experience

The Finance Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, reconcile accounts, manage federal drawdowns through HUD’s eLOCCS system, prepare financial reports, and maintain secure and confidential financial and employee records.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting, or a minimum of two years of experience in the financial field
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microix and Microsoft
- Professional and dependable communication skills
- Valid Nebraska driver’s license and insurability
- Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening
- Indian Preference applies under T.E.R.O. rules; however, anyone qualified is encouraged to apply
